Listen before advising.
Every session begins with structured listening so participants surface real constraints rather than assumed problems.
ABOUT ALTIVORA
Altivora began with a simple observation: capable professionals need fewer slogans and more useful space to think together.
Altivora was founded in 2018 by a small group of experienced facilitators who noticed that most business events prioritized spectacle over substance. Starting with intimate roundtables in San Francisco, the forum grew through word of mouth among leaders seeking independent, practical discussion. Today it serves executives, founders, and senior teams across four continents while remaining deliberately small and independent.
Make high-quality business thinking more accessible, specific, and respectful of different operating realities. We believe clear conversation produces better decisions than loud prediction, and we design every program to respect the time and intelligence of our members.
Every session begins with structured listening so participants surface real constraints rather than assumed problems.
We map discussion directly to operating choices, leaving members with concrete next steps instead of abstract inspiration.
We favor methods that have stood repeated testing across different company sizes and market conditions.
